Powder Coating We offer 24-72 hour turnaround, fully staffed shifts offering 24 hour operation, four semi-truck bays with trailer spotting, purchasing power with major powder manufacturers and large coating fixture inventory. We have two fully automated powder coating lines, automatic Nordson® application equipment, with reciprocating gun movers, powder reclaim capabilities, ware size 120' x 70' x 32', pretreatment washers for iron phosphate with sealer and reverse osmosis rinses, washers equipped with automatic chemical feed and ph control systems in place & conveyor speeds up to 21 feet per minute, weight counting capabilities and small parts line capable of producing 60,000 parts per shift.
