Our products include mixers & silos, densifiers, gear pumps, infra red dryer, screen changer, diverter valves, underwater pelletizers, and control systems. Our silos are light products such as film flakes that easily tend to bridge when being discharged, because of the relatively low bulk density of the flakes. The film flake silo eliminates bridging. Using the screen changer automatically extends screen life by up to 100 times with this automated range. When pressure reaches a pre-determined value, some polymer is diverted and flushes the dirty screen, before returning it to production.
