The use of high saturation flux density material make these coils ideal for use in switching regulated power supply applications and wherever high current choke values in a small physical size are needed. The power line chokes are used in switching regulators, speaker crossover networks and power amplifiers. Our RL-7100 toroid series of current sensors offer standard accuracy. The molded aperture is a PC mountable design made to meet IEC 360 and other safety agency requirements when used with an insulated conductor. These 50/60 cycle CT are capable of current ranges up to 200 amps. The toroids are used in switch gear and switch boards.
