We also specialize in the design and manufacture of special purpose catalytic gas purifiers for gases other than hydrogen. Our RSD-series of hydrogen purifiers produce hydrogen by utilizing the well established principle of permeation through a palladium alloy. Purifiers range from 1 to 500 SCFH, serving commercial and laboratory users in the electronic, analytical, chemical and metallurgical fields. The product gas is particularly useful for critical epitaxial processes, and as a reference gas or carrier gas in high sensitivity analytical devices.
