Reversing Filter Bag Centrifuges

Description: Reversing Filter Bag (RF) Centrifuges are nothing but redesigned peeler centrifuges. The peeling device (scrapping) is swapped by reversing of filter bag to discharge the dried solids/cake. The basic operation of these centrifuges is similar to peeler centrifuges with added advantages. Each feeding uses fresh filter cloth. The solids/ crystals structure is retained since the scrapping is avoided in this model. The solids can be discharged in a closed system. Further, the centrifuge drying efficiency can be increased by re-circulating the inert gas with intermediate drying/dehumidifying and preheating.
