Profile: Revolvo Limited specializes in manufacturing large bearings. Single-row deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling element bearings. Their range of applications is very wide. The track grooves in both the inner and outer rings have curvatures that are slightly larger than the radius of the balls. In addition to radial loads, axial loads can be supported in either direction. Because of their low torque, they are highly suitable for applications where high speeds and low power loss are required. The deep groove ball bearings have machined brass cages as standard, although steel, phenolic, polyamide or PEEK are also available. The rollers of single row cylindrical roller bearings with a cage, are guided between integral flanges on one of the bearing rings. The bearing ring with integral flanges and the roller cage assembly, can be removed from the other ring. This assists in assembly, where both rings have tight fits. Various configurations are available. Single row cylindrical roller bearings, have high radial load carrying capacity and high limiting speeds.
