Profile: Rhine Ruhr Pty. Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of a wide range of process vessel internals. Our principle process engineering disciplines are mass transfer (distillation and absorption) and gas-liquid-liquid-sand separation. Our mass transfer product range includes distillation trays (seive, valve, bubble cap tunnel cap and duel flow), random packing (both generic and proprietary), structured packing and a full range of associated column internals. Our separation equipment includes vane inlet devices, cyclonic inlet devices, inlet feeds, knitted mist eliminators, single and multipass vane type mist eliminators (both with and without pockets), cyclonic mist eliminators, knitted coalescers and parallel plate coalescers, all suitable for both horizontal and vertical vessals. We conduct our CFD studies in house using starCCM+ software. We are members of both the Fractionation Research Institute (FRI) and the Gas Producer Supplier Association (GPSA) and have full access to the knowledge database of both organisations.
