Profile: Richard's Manufacturing is a precision machine shop. Our machining capacities range is from 3/8" Rd. up to 28" Rd. and length up to 90" long. Our milling capacity is from very small parts, up to parts as large as 30" wide x 65" long. Our material handling includes all types of stainless steel, nickel titanium, tungsten, nitronic 50, aluminum and various castings and wide variety of plastics including peek, vespal, nylon and torlon. We provide machining for the general commercial wireline, semiconductor and heavy industrial. Our inspection equipment includes ziess coordinate measuring machine, brown & sharp digit height plus, surface plates, height gauges and inspection grade gauge blocks.
