Profile: Rico is a manufacturer of electrical, mechanical, electronics, and electro-mechanical components. Our products include switches, valves, heaters, level gauges, and solenoids. Our pressure switch is a device to prevent equipment from running when lubricating oil/air pressure drops below safe limit. Our switch is a spring loaded rubber diaphragm type. Bi-metal temperature switches are used to initiate indication/stopping of equipment, when a particular temperature is reached; for instance when a cylinder head reaches 1700 C, a stopping signal is initiated to shut down the unit. It uses bi-metal strip to initiate the above process.
