Our RTP and SRTP taping machines are designed specially for the oil and pipeline industries. We design and manufacture a wide range of standard and special purpose machines that include coil taping machinery, coil manufacturing equipment, drum stands and special purpose machines. We offer tape wrapping machines for the manufacture of reinforced thermoplastic pipe. Our coil winding machine is specifically designed for the purpose of producing electrical coils from rectangular or round wire by winding the wire onto specific fixtures. The traverse arm is fitted to the left hand side of the machine. The traverse carriage is supported on linear bearings with a stepper motor and ball screw drive system that moves the arm to the pre-programmed positions. Our heavy duty winder is designed to enable easy winding of large coil loops or rotors as used in the electric motor/generator industry.
