Profile: Ripon Technical Services Ltd manufactures special purpose machinery and equipments. Our cutting machines range from 2.2kW to 45kW. Its control is manual to fully automatic. It uses abrasive disk, toothed disk and band saw. The materials we cut include ferrous, non ferrous and superalloy. We have designed and built chamfering machines to handle a range of materials including ferrous, non ferrous and various superalloys. Welding machines range from automatic multi headed machines to single headed manual welded driven fixtures. It is used in safety critical applications, consistency and reliability are paramount.
