Description: Power and Free Conveyors is a combination of a powered system positioned over a free track. This system is a material handling equipment widely used for handling heavy as well as medium weight components. This system has the capability of handling heavier loads compared to the ordinary powered system and has the versatility of allowing loads to accumulate, be stopped at workstations or be transferred to various areas for different manufacturing operations. This system can be power assisted or completely free for manual movement depending on the application. The conveyors do not generate any noise during the operation. The conveyors are available with aluminium profile base or MS base. The rollers can be made with corrosion resistance/rubber coatings. The conveyors can be built of any length and with width ranging from 100 to 1000 mm. The speed of the conveyor ranges up to 10 metres/min.
