As the material passes through roller crusher, heavy duty beaters inside the crusher that revolves at 1000 RPM, crushes the material into 6 to 12 mm size. The material crushed by roller crusher will now be the mixture of metal contaminates and sand contaminates, which now goes to third process. The roller crusher is fully fabricated in MS and the tank plate with five beaters and two adjustable weights-to absorb the heavy strokes inside the machine. The roller crusher is also successfully operated for crushing coal, stone and glass.
