We built custom specific roof systems for standard and non-standard sizes. We produce Rib Caps for panel profiles, Uni-Cricket roof curb, with less exposed surface welds. We have accessories and application products including roof hatches, platform covers for condensing units, burglar bars,sealants and fasteners. We have the plasma cutting machines, which will cut the raw curb material to shape, hand shearing, notching, then formed on the press brake and welds are pretreated with anti-splatter. Anti-splatter is a compound that prevents weld arcs from burning the metal's protective coating, then cleaned and treated with microseal, which is a compound that permeates the weld and seals it. We finally prime with a zinc-rich primer.
