Profile: Rosa Ermando S.p.A. is engaged in designing and building horizontal-spindle grinding machines for plane surfaces & profiles, universal grinding machines for rails & profiles, as well as creep-feed grinding machines. Our manufacturing range comprises single-column (open-side) grinding machines for grinding sizes from 800x630x480mm to 7600x1100x800mm and double-column grinding machines for sizes from 2100x1400x700mm to 5600x1750x975mm. The different versions comprise manual-electromechanical machines, NC machines for automatic cycles with linear dressing and CNC machines for automatic cycle with wheel profiling. Our model gold machine grinds big die- and mould-blocks, straight blades in series production or other heavy jobs.
