Airfloation dryer is designed to support the web by air discharged through special purpose nozzles allowing contact free drying for a high heat transfer co-efficience at low web tension. They are suitable for a wide range of product processing such as paper, film, foils, laminates, fabrics and flexible packaging. The design configuration can be horizontal, vertical or angled and multi-pass with separation of upper and lower dryer sections to permit cleaning and service.
