It resists swelling and hardening, to eliminate roller resetting, performs at speeds in excess of 3200 ft/min, is available in a variety of hardness for print applications and can be used in virtually any roller position. Airflex oscillating roller improves print quality by eliminating the ink buildup on dampening rollers and reduces water banding around the plate cylinder. Breaks up and helps to dissipate water build up accumulated in the plate cylinder gap and reduces streaks (water & inks). It is manufactured using hard chrome shafting and sealed radial bearings and this roller requires very little maintenance.
