We provide hot foil, thermal transfer & thermal inkjet coding and marking machines, as well as off-line overprinting systems, desktop printers, scanners & software. Hot foil printing is used for coding, marking, and overprinting on a wide range of packaging materials. It is based on a heated metal die (engraved printing die) pressing a pigmented hot foil tape against the packaging material. Rotech coder 60 features unique foil indexing mechanism for maximum foil economy & minimal maintenance, and print area up to 60 x 20 mm, with print speed up to 400 prints/minute. The coder also has a range of optional items, such as a print delay module, low temperature inhibit system, and low air pressure alarm. All controls are housed in the coder or a system pack that is supplied pre-wired for mains and coder connection.
