Our rotek calibrator model 8100 is a source of AC voltage, current and phase angle used in the calibration & test of electrical metering instrumentation. This instrument replaces the complicated combinations of individual voltage sources, current sources and phase angle meters required to calibrate power, power quality & energy meters. Our 8100 makes use of high-speed digital signal processing (DSP) technology to generate outputs for a wide range of real world loads. The internal circuits of the model 8100 use roteks patented digital feedback technology to monitor and verify the accuracy of the voltage & current outputs simultaneously at over 10,000 times per second. Our amplifier model 380A is a direct coupled current or transconductance amplifier which may be used with any rotek multifunction calibrator or with any stable and accurate source of AC & DC current or voltage. When used as a stand alone transconductance amplifier, the 380A has a sensitivity of 1 ampere/volt on the 10 ampere range and 10 ampere/volt on the 100 ampere range.
