Our WS03 is a single-idler belt scale frame, and can be used in place of most multi-idler scales. It is used in plant feed conveyors, intermediate process conveyors, stockpile conveyors, fixed rate control, load-out/batch control, gravimetric blending, and liquid to solid proportioning. It features welded construction of the carriage / bridge that provides rigidity and torsional stability, and sealed trunnion type rubber pivots for complete protection to site conditions. We supply a wide range of electrically driven discharge gates that can meter and control the discharge of bulk materials from overhead storage bins.
