Rubber Moulding Machine

Description: Rubber moulding machine works with motor at lowest range needing only 3 HP for the total hydraulic circuit. This machine contains simple powerpack with four individual moulding machines. The hydraulic operations are managed with PLC controls. The heater functions are controlled by individual controllers for each machine. The hydraulic pressure can be individually adjusted. The machine can be operated manually in one cycle and also on fully automatical mode. The curing time of individual machine can be adjusted from 0-999 seconds. This machine is used for higher production of rubber components like O rings, washers and gaskets.
