Description: Rubber sheets are used in industrial installations for a variety of reasons including vibration damping, protection from wear and tear and protection from oils and acids. These rubber sheets are used for lining chutes, dumpers, hoppers and vats among others to handle materials such as ores, stones, coal, grain, wood and chemicals. These longlasting rubber sheets are in width of up to 1500 mm and thickness of up to 25 mm. Lengths can be provided as required. Rubber sheets are available in natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, white (food grade), butyl and SBR. These sheets have various properties such as superior resilience, tensile strength, elongation, and abrasion resistance, tear strength, resistance to water chemicals, high temperatures, oils, ozone, solvents and steam. Some sheets also have good electric, weathering, aging and vibration damping properties. Rubber sheets with fabric insertions are also available.
