Description: Heavy-duty rust inhibitor is a long-term, heavy-duty corrosion inhibitor that forms a transparent soft waxy film for protection and lubrication. With approvals for QPL from companies such as Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Airbus, it stops rust and corrosion and offers protection up to 2 years. The properties include penetration to displace moisture; providing anti-seize coating and the heavy-duty lubricant; moisture resistance, protection against sand, dirt, dust and vibration, prevention of exfoliation of filiform corrosion of aluminium, absence of CFCs' chlorinated solvents or silicones, being nonflammable/ non-conductive, safety on most surfaces and conforming to the performance requirements of MIL-C-0083933A para 3.2 - 3.16, AMS 3066, MIL-C- 16173D Grade 2. The approvals include qualifying as per BMS 3-23F Type II, DMS 2150 Airbus TN A. 007.10138 Type I Grade, endorsement from USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants, authorization and approval from Agriculture Canada for use in food processing plants and approval from DGCA.
