Profile: S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. is a manufacturer of high precision forming rolls. We obtain rolls for the production of tubes, sections, and copper rods. Our roll design works include products like longitudinally welded round tubes, square & rectangular tubes, special shaped tubes, and cold rolled sections. We undertake roll refurbishment works like re-profiling, modifications, and general overhauling. Depending on the mill layout, hollow sections such as square and rectangular tubes can either be rolled by us directly to shape prior to welding, or formed out of round welded tube. We also offer manufacturing and refurbishment services for components such as shafts & spindles, spacers, slitter & separator blades, shear/cut off dies, circular knives, bearing sleeves, and mill stands.
