Profile: S. V. Enterprises is a manufacturer and exporter of industrial electric heaters & heating elements for a variety of OEMs & electric heating applications. Our product range includes tubular heaters, cartridge heaters, ceramic band heaters, mica band heaters, flanged immersion heaters, duct heaters and drum heaters. We also offer silicone rubber heaters, strip heaters, cast heaters, oven and porcelain heaters. Duct Heaters are used in a variety of air and gas heating applications. These are intended to be installed in existing ducting and can be mounted in any direction. The heater is comprised of incoloy 800 elements mounted in a 3/8" thick flange using bulkhead fittings. This makes the elements easy to replace in the field. High temperature insulation minimizes heat losses while keeping the electrical wiring cooler. Mica strip heaters are constructed by winding a nickel-chrome resistance ribbon around mica insulation and encapsulated in a stainless steel sheath. They are available in an extensive variety of sizes and shapes with options for holes, notches & cut-outs. A number of threaded terminals, wire lead options and terminal boxes offer great flexibility for field wiring, these heaters are ideal for plastic processing applications.
