Safety Silencers for Large Air Flows are specially developed to handle large airflow. These silencers can also be used in constant flow applications or as a central silencer for many valves, simultaneously. The safety silencer's built-in warning indicator avoids costly and unnecessary production stoppage. Unlike conventional silencers, these safety silencers indicate immediately when the backpressure becomes too high in the system due to contaminated clogging of the filter. The unique filter is divided into numerous sound traps or cells that provide excellent silencing properties as well as extremely good air permeation. The silencers are available with 1" or 2" connection and provide noise suppression of approximately 40 dB(A). Silvent offers a new series of safety silencers.
