Profile: Sanchez hybrid microelectronics is a designer and producer of custom hybrid microelectronics. Our capabilities include design and manufacturing of chip & wire hybrids, multi chip modules, surface mount hybrid, chip on board, power hybrids & custom packaging. We also deal with substrates, epoxy solder, wire bonding, surface mount, seam seal, cap welding, ceramic lid/epoxy, DC & AC testing, temperature testing, data recording & screening. Our pin driver hybrid solution circuit contains transistors, diodes, thick film resistors and bypass capacitors. The substrate is housed in a 24 pin ceramic package and it has twice the slew rate of the same circuit on a printed circuit board due to the lower parasitic capacitance of chip & wire construction. Our power supply hybrid circuit contains a surface mount microprocessor, a crystal oscillator, capacitors and resistors, 2 chip & wire integrated circuits, diodes & two power mosfets. The 1.15" x 0.8" substrate has 30 J leads attached. Our circuits can be found in the space station, commercial avionics, military missiles, planes, helicopters, aircraft carriers, submarines and high reliability industrial & medical products.
