Most of our grinding wheels are composed of silicon carbide and diamond which adhere to the toughest bonding components on the market. This ensures that our wheels last as long as physically possible. Each wheel can be manufactured with various bonding agents and abrasives. Less abrasive grinds simply complete general cuts, while more refined abrasives create more smooth finishes. Each wheel is specifically designed and tested to create the safest working environment for grinding project. We are also specialized in manufacturing mounted points for virtually any industry. Each of the mounted point group represents something specific. Type A & B are more specialty shaped while Type W are more traditionally shaped mounted points. Heavy duty profile wheels are phenomenal at cutting granite and marble. We also sell diamond cutting wheels. They are typically used for hand machine grinders. Some additional materials that our grinding wheels cut are sandstone, limestone, grit stone, concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt and basalt. Value line cut-off wheels are a performance tested product for industrial use on portable and stationary machines. Standard sizes and gradings in both reinforced and non-reinforced wheels are included. Cut off wheels sharpen themselves. They are well reinforced and typically employed for construction industry cutting on rebar bolts that require removal. Some bolts may be cut and ground down using a grind wheel to make the finish more smooth. Rubber bonded grinding wheels can be custom made for any specific need.
