Wire feeder machine is available in both automatic and manual handling operations. The wire injection is carried out in full ladle either in a ladle furnace or tundish, using a specially designed wire feeder. By using a feeding machine, the cored wire is injected into the bottom of ladle at the desired speed. The powder will eventually get dispersed along with the melting of wire sheath and will react with the liquid steel. Our ferro alloy includes ferro aluminum lumps, ferro titanium lumps/piglets/chips, ferro silico magnesium and ferro silico calcium lumps.
