DDS tool heads are suitable for cleaning tubes from 32 mm up to 150 mm in process pipework, boiler tubes, and thicker scale in juice heaters and vacuum pans. We also manufacture full range of section wheel brushes and standard wheel brushes. Rubberized wire brushes are specially manufactured. Crimped steel wire sections are encapsulated in a hot vulcanized rubber compound, to ensure that the rubber is evenly distributed around each wire throughout the entire brush.
