Our products include engine valves, valve guides, seat inserts and tappets. We offer intake and exhaust valves from a wide range of materials such as EN24(BS817M40), EN52(BS401s45) & 21-4N(BS349S52) made by metal gathering upset forging process; bimetallic valves are friction welded. Various processes like chrome flash on stem, stellite on seat and tip area, nitriding/tuftriding are also offered by us. We manufacture valves from 4 to 20 mm stem diameter and 25 to 250 mm head diameter & up to 500 mm in length. We manufacture valve guides for petrol, gasoline and diesel engine. Our valve guides are provided with thread and spiral in its inner diameter to retain oil for long time. We manufacture valve guide from the size range of 1″ to 24″ and in almost all sizes. The range of engine which we include are two & four wheelers, trucks, buses, marine engine, tractors, earthmoving engines, generator, excavation, industrial and stationary engines. The material of the valve guide we use depends on the type, speed and effort of the engine.
