We also offer used machinery. 5 Axis heavy duty machine is equipped with twin tables, a heavy cast iron bridge and cast iron vertical bridge supports, and a total work area of 61” X 194” with machining speeds of 3600” per minute. Aluminum tables are 61” X 97” and 61” X 97” and can be operated independently or as one unit. Grid table is for part fixturing which is included with machine on entire table. The spindle nose at 0 has 41” of Z stroke. All axes on precision linear guide ways with ball screw drives and a central lubrication system. Digital, brushless AC servos, and drives and 12 position digital servo automatic rotary tool changer are all standard. The machine is equipped with PC front Series 10/510i system with a high resolution touch screen, networking capability and machine controller-all from drive package. All tables include pressure sensitive safety stop bars along the front & rear and entire machine is surrounded by a 360 degree emergency stop cable.
