Seal coolers are used in high temperature applications to reduce the sealing temperature thereby enhancing and increasing the MTBF of the equipment. It can be configured for series or parallel flow of the product. It can vent and drain both product and coolant. It is easily disassembled for cleaning without damaging cooling coil. It is used to reduce the temperature of the fluid in the seal chamber. This is often done to increase vapor pressure or to improve fluid properties.
