Sealed Nozzle Electric Heaters
Sealed Nozzle Electric Heaters protect against external agents as melted plastics, oil and gas. The heaters are very rugged and the high watt density per square centimetre permits fast & safe means of reaching the required working temperature. During manufacturing process, the heaters are subjected to very high pressure that gives them high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal voids, perfect smooth contact area for optimum and uniform heat transfer to every point of the nozzle. The power connection is through metal braiding cable, standard length 1 m and with either of radial/axial 0-30-45° or tangential 0° exit.
