Sealing Machine For Packing Edibles
Description: Vacuum+nitrogen (gas) flushing machine is offered by Lucas Electronics. This is basically designed to remove atmospheric impurities by pumping out the air completely and gas purge while packing. To preserve the edibles (such as dry fruits, grain, pulses, spices, pickles and oily eatable stuffs), from contamination by germs and bacteria, it is equipped with gas flushing system. Originally Germany had introduced this packing process, using nitrogen gas as preservative media. This implement can be used for simultaneous vacuum and flushing process or it can perform each process (vacuum or flushing) individually before sealing operation. The machine is working with sequence timer or optional PLC controller.
