Profile: Semitool, Inc. specializes in producing applied materials semi conductor products. Spin rinser dryer tool cleans, rinses and dries product as large as 300mm round or 300mm square. With 25 wafers per chamber, this tool is available in single or double-bowl configurations. It features built-in resistivity monitoring assuring an automatic and reliable clean. Its on-axis orientation allows cold or hot (>50ºC) water to evenly spray the wafers. The semi-automated scepter acid tool is a solution for a wide array of surface preparation processes. The scepter offers higher throughput and a reduced chemical consumption than previous platforms, but still provides small floorspace requirements and a low CoO. The scepter acid tool features an all Teflon® 50-wafer process chamber for two 25-wafer cassettes loaded sequentially. The rotor is built to accept up to 200mm product.
