Servo Stabilizer (Air-Cooled)
Servo controlled voltage stabilizers are available in four models such as PS analog meter, DPM digital meter, DPS digital control and DCM DC motor control for high speed of correction. The stabilizer has capacities from 0.5 kVA to 40 kVA 1-phase and 1.5 kVA to 200 kVA 3-phase. It has the following salient features: quick response time of 10 ms (half a cycle), high overload capacity, higher overload capabilities for high starting and regenerative currents' repeated frequency in CNC machines, fastest rate of correction up to 70 V/sec, no hunting, no oscillations, no noise generation machine as it has a wound variable auto transformer with special carbon brush to minimise carbon deposit and for smooth commutation. Better efficiency of 98% is achieved by the use of prime grade lamination and electrolytic copper wires of 99.99% purity. The stabilizer has specially designed transformers to minimise losses and also special sensing circuit to ensure constant output voltage even with a distorted input from DG sets. It conforms to stringent defence specifications.
