Shaft Equipment: Ladders are specially developed for the demanding requirements in this field. Depending on the design, these ladders are made from four different materials: pickled and passivated stainless steel V2A (1.4301) or V4A (1.4571), hot galvanized steel or high grade plastic (GRP). Strong box section stiles and rungs with non-slip surfaces ensure maximum safety. There are no sharp edges or corners on any of the components, and the ends have covers. Shaft ladders conform to DIN 18 799-1, shaft access aids meet the requirements of the workplace order in DIN 19 549 and GUV 16.11/4.94.The range also includes shaft cover in various designs including one with a ventilation shaft for wells, spring enclosures, overhead storage basins and other installations in drinking water supply works.
