Our ultra fine grinding mill plant is mainly applied to non-inflammable, non-explosive and brittle materials such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin & gypsum. Our mill consists of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, vibrating feeder, main unit, inverter classifier, cyclone collector, pulse de-duster system, high pressure positive blower, air compressors and electrical control systems. The main bearing and each dial are driven by electro-motor of our machine through reducer. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator & further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder & feeding pipe. Our hammer crusher is widely applied to crush rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials & marbles. The eccentric shaft of our crusher is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel. The crushing cavity is composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and cheek plates. The materials in the crushing cavity are crushed & discharged through the discharging opening.
