Profile: Shanti Boilers & Pressure Vessels Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of boilers and heating systems. Our heating systems are used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, food processing, dairy, tannery, plywood, and solvent extraction industries. Our Shanti-Therm is a forced circulation thermic fluid heater. Hot oil is circulated through a pump to the process, and the same oil returns to the heater for re-heating & re-circulation. Our fluid heater is provided with a heater assembly which consists of concentric helical coils housed in a sturdy shell. The plates of our heater are cut to close tolerance on automatic flame cutting machines, and are welded as per standard codes. Our heater is available in horizontal and vertical models. We also offer pollution control equipment such as cyclone separators, multi-cone dust collectors, pulse jet bag filters, and scrubbers.
