Profile: Sharon Vacuum Co. designs and manufactures custom high and ultrahigh vacuum systems and components for production and materials research applications. We offer complete turnkey systems or individual components for assembled equipment. Our products are custom vacuum components, vacuum systems, and vacuum chambers. We produce a valve assembly to allow RGA sampling at elevated pressures. The assembly includes a high precision variable conductance valve, right angle shut off valve and RGA sampling chamber. We also provide custom designed and built ovens and furnaces for applications including bakeout, distillation, environmental testing, drying and annealing. Box chambers are built to a maximum size of 36" x 48", stainless steel bell jars to 40" in diameter. Our services include design assistance for custom fabrication of vacuum components and systems, machining, welding, and helium mass spectrometer leak testing.
