Our submerged arc welding machine includes welding head which incorporates a high torque DC geared motor, wire straightening & feed rollers, welding tip, vertical adjustment mechanism and a flux hopper. The welding head can be adjusted transversely and also vertically to bring the welding tip in correct position. It can swivel up to 45 for fillet seams in flat position. Industrial welding machines are designed for easy arc striking with any type of electrode and unique circuitry to sense the output current and initiate compensatory action. Our machines are used to limit the current surge arising during arc striking for preventing burnt through and to control current in no load condition.
