Description: Shot Peening Machine for Strain Rods are used to avoid the micro cracks generated in the thread portion of the strain rods when subjected to high alternating stresses, thereby resulting to fatigue failure. This machine operates on direct principle of shot peening. The operator places the job on the motorized roller, which are mounted on track extension. Horizontal gun reciprocation peens the external surface of rods. The operator has only to load and unload the job on and from the roller. This machine is provided with a track extension for loading and unloading the job. They have rollers drive to rotate the rod. It also has a shot classifier and offline shot separators
