The ribs are uniform and concrete due to cutting by automated machines. Pig iron is the intermediate product of smelting iron ore with coke and resin. Wire rod is a rolled alloy or non alloy steel product, produced from a semi (bloom), that has a round, rectangular or other cross-section. Particularly fine cross-sections may be achieved by subsequent cold forming. Wire rods are wound into coils and transported in this form. Wire rods are used for many different products. Depending upon how it is cold formed & heat treated, wire is used, to produce not only wire ropes, barbed wire, wire mesh & nails, but also springs, welded wire mesh & reinforcement wire. We manufacture auto steel including gearing steel, spring flat steel & free cutting & non hardened & tempered steel, which are mainly used for crankshafts, shafts, connecting rods, camshafts and front beams.
