Our two coat-two bake process consists of coating and baking a primer coat, and top & back coat. We also offer polyester,SMP, PVF2 and plastisol coatings. Our metacor is cold rolled steel coils strip sheets are produced various processes such as pickling, cold rolling, cleaning, temper rolling, tension leveling and recoiling or shearing. Our metagalva is galvanised steel coils & sheets are manufactured in a plant employing mini spangle equipment. Our metacolor prepainted galvanised steel coils & sheets, aluminimum, stainless steel are treated with chemicals to enhance paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
