Profile: Shri Badrinarain Alloys & Steels Ltd. produces mild steel ingots & a wide spectrum of products for the steel industry. We have a fully integrated steel plant with induction furnaces and a rolling mill. We also produce constructional steel. We offer secondary products & finished products. In the first stage of the integration process, we melt various compositions of ferrous scrap & other raw material, such as sponge iron, cast iron and pig iron to produce mild steel ingots. The entire production is utilized for captive consumption as a source of raw material for the rolling mill. The ingots are reheated at high temperatures to make them malleable for rolling into finished products. The multi-sectional, high speed and continuous rolling mill is used to manufacture various kinds of reinforcement steel bars & rods such as, CTD bars which are cold twisted deformed bars that have high strength and proof stress & are produced by high speed rolling & precision col twisting. TMT bars are thermo-mechanically treated for hight yeild strength.
