Our product includes conveyor furnaces for solar cell processing, series XR rollar hearth furnaces for solar cell diffusion, chemical vapor deposition thin film systems and high temperature quick response conveyor furnaces. Our conveyorized atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition system is used for precision thin film coating of tin oxide, titanium oxide and silicon oxide. We design SierraTherm XR series furnace for in-line diffusion of phosphorous dopant into silicon wafers, which is used for solar cells.
