Profile: Sigma Srl offers spiral mixers in different models and sizes, from the small planetary mixers and to industrial relevance mixers. The feed hoppers are presented an indispensable tool for the proper feeding of production lines for bread and baked goods. Indeed placed above the dividers are capable of dosing the product contained in their hopper thus ensuring their perfect operation. The hoppers can be mounted on translating systems for the feeding of multiple lines or to have a free position for cleaning. A frame consists of tubular steel supports the machine to the desired height. The electrical equipment is complete with two depth sensors which allow in an automatic way, to feed the divider below. When the depth sensor indicates that the divider has need of pasta, the machine provides a number of pieces programmable by the operator. The second depth sensor, placed on top of the feed hopper, it indicates when the latter is draining and controls a light signal. This contact can be controlled automatically interfaced to climb a lift with a separate supply of hopper.
