Profile: Sims Engineering Systems Ltd. is a manufacturer of special purpose machines. We are an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company. Our products include hot air welder, ultrasonic welder, clip & trim machines, thermo cyclers, hot plant weld, screw insert, punch, hot insert, heat peen, and parking sensor. Hot air peening is done by first melting the plastic with a hot air nozzle, then forming the plastic with a cold former. Ultrasonic welder is a 3 station multi head welder for a car bumper. This machine has approximately 30 weld heads shared by 2 ultrasonic generators. We design a machine around any type of clip, and can also help out in the sourcing of clips. We also build hand assembly fixtures fitted with different types of screw driver heads. Screwdriver heads can be auto fed, and for manual operated screwdrivers a pantograph can be supplied to ensure correct orientation of the screwdriver.
