Our wire straightener process is a cold-forming process that uses rollers to provide uniform bending of wire or rod material to change its shape and other characteristics for use in subsequent processing. Our wire straighteners include inch series, narrow line, tilt rail, 3-roll and groved rolls. We have four types of wedge grips assemblies such as morgan-style, vaughn-style, sleeper and hartley-style & sleeper & hartley-style with thumb release wedge grips.
